ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

We are a progressive company in the financial sector, with over 550 employees in 4 offices across Canada. We are currently seeking hard working, energetic, professional individuals to work as a Customer Service Collections Representative.

OVERVIEW OF POSITION:

This position involves the coordination of daily administrative tasks.  The Administrator will report to the department manager.  Duties include, but not limited to: 
•    Daily requests to and from the client for back-up information
•    Confirmation of Bankruptcies, CCS, OPD filing with the respective agency 
•    Creating letters for debtors, statement letters, SIF requests
•    Audit accounts for closure
•    Documenting and storing correspondence from debtors
•    Printing Planners
•    Filing, copying, scanning, faxing
•    Other duties as assigned
 
REQUIREMENTS:

•    Administrative experience an asset
•    Must have strong computer skills
•    Great written and verbal communication skills
•    Knowledge of CUBS system
•    Ability to identify critical issues with ease
•    Ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision
•    Excellent attention to detail
•    Quick learner and able to adapt to changes well
•    Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize
•    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
•    Ability to multitask
